Why attend this workshop?
Our daily activities and stressors of our lives can often lead to tightness, discomfort and reduced range of motion in the hips. The hip being the largest and strongest joint in our body cannot be forced or cracked open, but with patience and given the right approach our hips will release and open like a blooming flower.
In this workshop we will learn the basic anatomy of the hip joint. We will then spend a few minutes warming up to prepare the body for a series of hip opening poses- breaking them down and exploring the postures a little deeper.
This workshop is great for anyone looking to create more strength, mobility, and flexibility within their body and props will be used to help facilitate the practice.
