Having trouble finding the time? Whether you are looking to start the day with an early morning practice, a lunchtime yoga express, or some downtime to unwind after a long day, the good thing about online yoga classes is that we can plan on a time and location that best suits you. I normally give classes at the client’s home, however, if you have a preferred place other than your home do let me know!
Fine-tune your practice through a customized program based on your lifestyle/health goals and needs. The pace of your movement and the use of props such as blocks, belts, blanket and chair etc will be considered, as these are very useful to help facilitate your practice. You will gain greater confidence as you progress.
Meaning you’ll get lots of hand on adjustments, whether its to gear you towards a deeper practice or to bring you safely into and out of a pose with ease, having a hands on private adjustor does the trick. Additionally, I’ll help you work around constraints (if any) and we’ll work closely together to build a safer more accessible yoga practice that best suits your unique body.
A huge misconception that many people have is that one must be flexible and strong to begin their yoga practice. Unfortunately, the yoga we see today on social media perpetuates this. Yoga is open to all, not just for the fit and slender. And although practicing in a group setting has its own set of benefits, it can be an unnerving experience for a total beginner. My aim is to help you build courage and confidence, and present a pocket full of useful tools for you to use when challenges arise on and off your yoga mat. This will up your yoga ante to become an independent and self-motivated yoga practitioner!

Morning yoga with Ariel is very effective to begin the day full of energy. It is most helpful as it helps me bring peace to my mind and connect it with my body if a full stretch session. Ariel is the sweetest instructor, fully prepared and careful to get everyone individual attention according to their needs.
I would like to say a great big thank you to Ariel for the private 1-2-1 yoga session for my husband and I, and the massages for me. Ariel’s practice is one which anyone can jump into because she works with you, where you are at! She makes helpful adjustments based on your body and abilities, reading your strengths and your challenges very well. By the end of her class it’s impossible not to absorb some of her tranquil strength and calming energy.
Ariel is amazing! I wasn’t a big yoga fan before, because I never could keep up with that inhale-exhale thing, but thanks to Ariel it is not a problem anymore. After our sessions I feel so calm and relaxed and I cannot wait for the next one. I like how delicate Ariel is about each student and that she notices all mistakes we make and gently corrects us.
