In Flight Cabin Manager turned Yoga Teacher

About

Born in Malaysia. Lived in Melbourne, Canberra, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, New York City. My base is now Kuala Lumpur.

I enjoy traveling, reading, writing, cooking, hiking, camping, dancing and Brazilian jiujitsu.

I find going into nature, soaking up the sun, and being in quiet solitude extremely healing.

I love yoga. I love practicing it, living it, teaching it, and sharing it with others.

I do my best everyday to live by these four core values: Gratitude, Courage, Faith, and Truth

Ariel’s Journey

A month after her initial training in 2012 Ubud Bali, Ariel set out to be Etihad Airway’s very own part-time company yoga teacher. Whilst flying full-time she also offered private yoga sessions as well as group and corporate yoga classes to employees and family members of Etihad Airways staff.

While being a flight attendant has always been Ariel’s childhood dream, she soon realized that yoga is her true calling. After dedicating ten years to this dream she ventured out and spread her own wings and yoga has since then been her full-time passion and pursuit. Today she has built a platform where she decides her own itineraries and flies to anywhere the teachings of yoga takes her. She incorporates all her experiences from her travels into her training and classes so you can therefore be sure to experience magic and healing inspired from all around the world.

Ariel (YA-E-RYT500) completed her first 500hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training with Radiantly Alive, twice a 200hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training and 60hr Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga training with Yinspiration.

She has offered private and group classes, workshops and master classes at yoga event and retreats in countries such as Nicaragua, Spain, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Netherlands and USA. She is also Co Teacher Trainer for the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program at Ashram Om Yoga Academy Mallorca, and a Certified Swedish Thai Massage Therapist.
