Join me for The Midyear Reset, an intimate self-care mini retreat designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, move your body with intention, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply replenished.

Sometimes, three intentional hours is all it takes to reconnect with yourself.


What To Expect

This carefully curated 3-hour experience is designed to guide you from doing… into being.

Meditation & Breathwork: We begin by slowing down. Through guided meditation and conscious breathwork, you’ll create space in the mind, soften internal noise, and reconnect with your breath.

Myofascial Release (MFR): Using self-myofascial release techniques, we’ll gently target areas of tightness and stored tension to help the body let go. Expect deep release.

Yang to Yin Yoga Practice: We’ll move through a light and intentional yoga flow before gradually softening into longer held yin postures.

Yoga Nidra: A deeply restorative guided yogic sleep practice designed to calm the nervous system and support profound rest. Many describe Yoga Nidra as feeling like several hours of sleep in a fraction of the time.

Light Refreshments: We close with nourishing refreshments and space to connect, reflect, and integrate.

Meet Your Facilitator

Ariel Lim (YA-E-RYT500) – In-flight Cabin Manager turned full time yoga teacher. With more than 10 years of yoga teaching experience, Ariel specializes in making yoga accessible to every kind of body through functional yoga in her Yin and Yang, Myofascial Release, and Vinyasa Flow classes.
Known for her engaging and nurturing personality, she approaches her students with authenticity and humor. Her soothing voice and meticulous attention to detail translate into exceptional verbal cues, enabling her to guide students effectively towards their full potential while navigating any constraints.
She is also the co-lead teacher trainer of the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program at Ashram Om Yoga Academy Mallorca, Spain, and a certified Swedish Thai massage therapist. FAQ

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely.

This retreat is designed to be accessible for all levels, including complete beginners.

You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to join. The practices will be guided in a supportive and welcoming way.

What should I bring?

Just bring:

  • comfortable clothing you can move and rest in
  • a water bottle
  • an open mind
  • A yoga mat

Yoga props such as blocks and bolsters will be provided.

Is this a physically intense yoga session?

Not at all.

While there will be mindful movement in the Yang to Yin practice, the overall intention of the retreat is restoration, nervous system regulation, and self-care, not pushing your body to its limits.

I’ve never done Yoga Nidra / myofascial release before. Is that okay?

Completely.

Everything will be clearly guided, and no prior experience is needed.

This retreat is designed to help you explore these practices in an approachable and supportive environment.
