A Sunday Well Spent
I’ve always loved combining yoga and brunch. To me, this is one of the simplest and sweetest ways to spend a Sunday in community.
We’ll start with a one-hour yoga practice that I’ll guide you through, designed to wake up your body and appetite😋. Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, the class is open to all levels.
After pratice, we’ll gather around the table for something equally nourishing: a buffet brunch filled with fresh bakes, wholesome bites, and good company!
