A 2.5 Hour Immersion of MFR, Yin & Yoga Nidra

This is an invitation to slow all the way down.

The Deep Reset is a 2.5-hour guided immersion designed to help you unwind deeply – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Through a carefully structured sequence of breathwork, myofascial release (MFR), Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, you’ll be guided into a state of true rest and regulation.

This is about softening layers of tension that live deeper in the body and nervous system, the kind we don’t always realize we’re carrying.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded in yourself.

Who Is This For

This immersion is for you if:

  • You feel constantly “on” and find it hard to fully switch off

  • Your body feels tight, heavy, or fatigued

  • You’ve been feeling mentally overloaded or emotionally drained

  • You want rest that actually works, not just lying down and hoping for the best

  • You’re craving stillness without having to perform or push

No prior experience with Yin, MFR, or Yoga Nidra is needed.

The Structure

The session will flow gently through:

  • Guided Meditation & Breathwork
    To settle the mind and bring the nervous system out of fight-or-flight.

  • Myofascial Release (MFR)
    Slow, targeted release using simple tools and bodyweight to unwind deep-held tension.

  • Yin Yoga
    Long, supported holds to hydrate connective tissue and encourage deep letting go.

  • Yoga Nidra
    A guided rest practice that allows the body to fully integrate and reset.

Meet Your Facilitator

Ariel Lim (YA-E-RYT500) – In-flight Cabin Manager turned full time yoga teacher. With more than 10 years of yoga teaching experience, Ariel specializes in making yoga accessible to every kind of body through functional yoga in her Yin and Yang, Myofascial Release, and Vinyasa Flow classes.
Known for her engaging and nurturing personality, she approaches her students with authenticity and humor. Her soothing voice and meticulous attention to detail translate into exceptional verbal cues, enabling her to guide students effectively towards their full potential while navigating any constraints.
She is also the co-lead teacher trainer of the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program at Ashram Om Yoga Academy Mallorca, Spain, and a certified Swedish Thai massage therapist.
