2-Day Workshop Breakdown

Day 1:

Saturday, 30th November ’24

Time: 11AM to 2PM

Location: Damai Studio

On day 1, we’ll dive into the world of standing poses, which are essential for building strength, stability, and balance.

We’ll also explore sun salutation, breaking it down, focusing on how to practice them safely and effectively.

Standing poses would include standing twist, core, and balancing poses. 

Day 2: 

Sunday, 1st December ’24

Time: 10AM to 1PM

Location: Damai Studio

Day 2 will shift our focus to floor/ seated poses, which promote flexibility, and deeper connection with your breath.

We will emphasize the importance of grounding and centering through seated asanas, enabling you to find stillness and balance.

Seated/floor poses would include seated twists, core and inversions.

Do I need any yoga experience to attend this workshop?

No prior experience is needed! This workshop is suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners who want a deeper understanding of the foundations of asanas (postures).

What should I bring to the workshop?

All yoga props will be provided, including yoga mats. But if you prefer to use your own mat, that’s cool too! 

Remember to bring along your water bottle and a sweat towel. 

What’s the difference between day 1 and day 2? And what if I can only attend one day?

That’s perfectly fine! You can sign up for just one day if it fits your schedule. Each day focuses on a different group of postures.

Day 1 will cover primarily standing poses.

Day 2 will focus on seated and floor poses.

While each day offers a complete experience, attending both will give you a comprehensive understanding of foundational postures.

Will I get to ask questions during the workshop?

Yes, definitely! The workshop is highly interactive. It’s not just about me teaching—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, get personalized guidance, and engage in discussions. This is a space for you to explore and understand, so feel free to speak up and participate.

How do I secure my spot?

To secure your spot, full payment is required.

What if I need to cancel?

I understand that plans can change. If you cancel 5 days or less before the workshop, no refund will be offered. However, for cancellations made earlier than that, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
