This workshop is here to fill in the gaps and to give you the confidence to step onto your mat with ease and clarity.

  • Practicing for a while but still feeling unsure? We’ll clear up the confusion so you can move with more intention.

  • Curious about alignment and anatomy? Let’s geek out on how your body moves and why it matters.

  • Looking to deepen your understanding? We’ll explore how breath and movement connect to create a practice that feels good for YOU.


My favourite part about the workshop is it felt like a personal one-to-one session as Ariel took the time to correct everyone’s poses and highlighted where and what one did incorrectly and how one can improve. I also loved the part where Ariel asked each of us to demonstrate and from there, pointed out things like why one person’s pose look different from the others. She also asked how the student felt and then she address the possible reasons for the discomfortl (if any). Maybe it’s me being nerdy but the tiny little bit Ariel shared about the different hip bones anatomy hammered the point the reason that not everyone may not be able to do certain poses and how to one person, it’s easy to go into a pose but to others it may not be due to anatomical reason.

Hey there! I’m Ariel.

If you’ve ever felt unsure about your yoga practice, specifically in the context of yoga postures, then you’ve come to the right place. I’ve created this workshop just for you.

Over two days, we’ll slow things down, break things apart, and dive into the essentials of yoga.

No rush, no pressure- just a space to learn, ask questions, and really understand what’s happening in your body when you move. You’ll get answers to all the how and why you do what you do.


I joined the workshop because I am keen to identify the areas that I need to correct and improve in my yoga practice. It was a great experience learning from Ariel and practicing with fellow yogis.

Here’s what you’ll get when you join this workshop:

✔️In-Depth Pose Breakdown – Each day, we’ll spend 3.5 hours digging into the key postures that make up sun and moon salutations. Think Chaturanga, Upward Dog, Downward Dog, lunges and more. Don’t worry if those names sound like they’re from another planet, you’ll be confidently speaking yoga-ese by the end of the weekend.

✔️A Printed Manual – You’ll receive your very own workbook to take notes, doodle alignment cues, or jot down those “aha!” moments as we go.
