Signature Vinyasa Flow

Yin Yoga

Myofascial Release

This practice focuses on releasing specific trigger points that cause tension in your body. It is a highly effective technique that instantly alleviates stress trapped in the connective tissues of your muscles and joints. Myofascial release is like having your favorite massage therapist by your side, ready to help whenever you need relief.

In my former life as a flight attendant, I traveled across all seven continents. And having lived in bustling cities like Melbourne, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, New York City, and now Kuala Lumpur, my path has been as dynamic as the poses we explore through this amazing practice.

I help individuals, just like you, reconnect with your body and get really comfortable and confident in your skin. Everyday I witness the transformative power of yoga. Through my guidance you will learn how to tap into the innate wisdom of your heart and live according to your true values and nature.
